 and Myrtle Mary Johnson.
 Born in Yankton,
 South Dakota.

 Phyllis went to be with her
 Lord and Savior on Thursday,
 August 7, 2014 in Washburn,
 Missouri. the daughter of
 Rolla and Myrtle (Johnson)
 Houk, was born on in Yankton,
 South Dakota. first married to
 William J. Wietrick in 1946.
 She was united in marriage to
 second husband Fred H. Henry
 on March 26, 1967, in
 Marshall, Missouri;
 he preceded her in death on
 July 4, 1994. In 1968 she
 moved to Washburn with her
 family to make their home.
 phyllis and her husband
 were followers of The
 David Terrell New Testament
 Holiness Church of Dallas,
 Texas, and also had a small
 church in their home.
 They preached on many radio
 stations including KURM and
 KAMO in Rogers, Arkansas,
 and ARF and KRMO in Monett.
 For many years she
 published an article about
 the Lord and scriptures in
 the Barry County Advertiser
 called "For It Is Written".
