Acie seems to have had all his children with 1st wife Christina.
They lived in Linn until she died of a heart attack in the fall of 1922.
It was a year and a half before Acie married 2nd wife Bessie Portwood. in Moniteau Co.
Missouri. She was the widow of George W Portwood her maiden name was williams.
The records do not shed any light on the fate of Bessie, but in 1937 Acie married Ella Jane Murray Peters.
