 After years of hitting road
 block afer road block from
 this point back, I  decided
 the best thing for me to do
 was to map every Houk I 
 could find starting in
 Missouri.
 This extensive research
 taught me to be a pro at
 finging the impossible. 

 As it turns out most start
 from George Houk. Squire
 Houk's line is mapped down
 four generations so far.
 Squire was born in Missouri
 and had two wives. The
 first Susan gave birth to 2
 of his children The second 
 wife had at least 11 
 children but many died
 very young.
